Gizem Ogan YAZGAN ,who is the Fashion Institute of Technology & Istanbul Technical University (dual diploma BFA) graduate, is the founder and the designer of Sketch & Style.

During her Istanbul years at university, she interned as an assistant to designer at Yıldırım Mayruk Haute Couture fashion house. In New York she also interned at Karolina Zmarlak while she was at university.

After graduating in 2009 from FIT, she worked at globally known fashion houses such as Anna Sui and Zac Posen. In 2010 Gizem moved back to Istanbul and worked at Vakko Women as Assistant Designer and Buyer. She then started to work for Room Tesvikiye in 2012 and gained further experience on marketing and sales of Turkish designers.

2014 was the year when she officially launched her own fashion label Sketch & Style. She continues to work on her label as well sketching fashion illustrations for magazines, commercials and brands while enjoying traveling frequently.
